国連地域開発センター（UNCRD）、開催国政府機関とともに環境省が毎回主催者となっている、第4回アジア3R推進フォーラム（2013年3月18日～20日にベトナム・ハノイにて開催）2日目の連携に関する討議を行うラウンドテーブル4にて、発表する機会を得ました。

日本の容リ法（役割分担）とPETボトルリサイクルのアピールに加えて、ラウンドテーブル4のテーマに沿って市民・自治体・事業者の連携についてもアピールしました。また、当方の発表に続いてNPO法人 持続可能な社会をつくる元気ネットが、NGO・市民社会と国や事業者の取り組みや連携を紹介しました。

環境省には準備段階からラウンドテーブル4での発言確保に至るまで、大変お世話になりました。

The council for PET bottle recycling (CPBR, Japan) made a presentation at Round Table 4 (RT4) of Fourth Regional 3R Forum in Asia which was co-organized by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment/Government of Viet Nam, Ministry of the Environment of the Government of Japan and United Nations centre of Regional Development (UNCRD) in Ha Noi, Viet Nam on 18-20 March 2013.

CPBR made an appeal for role sharing based on The Containers and Packaging Recycling Law and PET bottle recycling situation in Japan and also made an appeal for Partnership among consumers, municipalities and companies along the subject matter of RT4 (Multi-stakeholders Partnerships in advancing 3Rs and Resource Efficiency). Following our presentation, NPO GENKI Net for Creating a Sustainable Society introduced the activity of NGO/consumers, the government and companies and partnerships among them.
